Cancellation

1. If the customer is an entrepreneur (§ 14 German Civil Code), he has no right of revocation and return. § 312g BGB i. V. m. § 355 German Civil Code (BGB).
2. The right of revocation only applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can not be attributed predominantly to either his commercial or his independent professional activity.
3. DELUXE by MJS - Ordershop is, however, only accessible to commercial customers, so point 2 is not applied.
